She has legal claim over her mod. Mojang can sue her to making a derivative work, but Mojang does not suddenly own her code. You can't just write a new EULA out of nowhere and proclaim that all previous derivative works are now owned by you.
That's not what I meant. The EULA means eloraam cannot release her mod, and then sue people for making derivatives. Edit: And her not taking down the mod after the EULA changed (which was a fair while ago, not talking about the drama now) is basically like agreeing to the EULA.
