Internal server error - got stucked - cannot join server!

    I wented to chken2bad2 portal and i got "Internal Server Error"
    Now i cannot enter the server anymore, keep giving me this error + crashing my minecraft!

    Need help ! :(

    chken2bad2 , please break your portal so i can join the server !!!! :|

    there are more portals giving internal server errors, dont use them

    You entered a portal that was not connected to any other portal. The only fix is for a mod to break the portal blocks. Also: Don't build portals on chunk borders.
