Rotary Craft, Chisel, Infernal Mobs, Hardcore Ender Expansion those would be AMAZING to have very much a must. If Atomic Science doesn't kill the server, go all in with UE and all the mods with it. Rotary Craft PLUS Atomic Science...Holy crap!
RotaryCraft has been having problems with the server we use, so I do not know what the verdict on that is. It may have been due to some other issue during testing though (intermittent system lag), which I hope to be the case. Someone still needs to look over Infernal Mobs and Hardcore Ender Expansion. As for Atomic Science, it was one of our most promising mods, and we tested it extensively, but apparently we found some massive bugs with it (i.e infinite energy). I'll have to see what we can do about that though.
Yes the hydrogen infinite water system is OP. On our server we Nerfed the power output of the hydrogen generator to compensate. But good look out SK. Hats off to the MPT let me know where to send the beer/redbull
Would love to see thaumcraft, thaumic tinkerer stay, tinker's construct make a return, growthcraft, underground biomes, and some form of bees/adv. bees return. Aside from that, what I remember about dartcraft is that it does have some game balancing issues with it.
I thought we removed EnderIO for a reason... then again this isn't a final list. Eh. A number of these seem really bizarre. I like it. lol.

Of course I see TT/KAMI on that list, can go on for ages about it, but I shant. I really like the fact that carpenter's blocks is being considered, along with chisel, should make for some really nice builds. Harvestcraft! I used to love that mod, who cares about the salt, you already have to void a bunch of stuff if you are doing mass mining, so adding another to the list is not that bad. Plus I liked the zombie jerky. Galacticraft, ooh... Wonder how well that would work... Although I do like the turrets and stuff from it. Portal gun, love it! Umm.. translocators... aren't they kinda... buggy as hell? Tcon and treecapitator? if we have tcon isn't treecapitator redundant? Voice chat, definitely would like to see that. I also see a lot of plugin that I have not heard of, looks like you guys are trying some new directions, can't wait! Also glad to see you are putting 102% into considering mods =P
Logistics pipes are a server killer. IIRC AE was brought in as a replacement for LP. Also Project Red has some logistics pipe like items. They are in their infancy and not very well documented, but there are quite a few videos on the subject.
MoreFoods/FoodPlus or such similar mods. Having a big farm is a nice sideproject and having better foods to sell at the bazaar would be rather nifty. I know food kind of gets redundant after a while, but it's a nice look to the environment surrounding a base f.ex, to have some farms. Specially if you're going for a rural or medieval look to your base.
I added Modular Powersuits to the list. EnderIO and Translocators are currently rejected. Translocators has a serious dupe bug that is not convenient to fix.. Logistics Pipes was extremely laggy on MC 1.4 and we don't know if that's still the case, but AE doesn't lag and that is somewhat equivalent. Carpenter's Blocks and Chisel, as well as Biomes o' Plenty, are in. I was told that Galacticraft is extremely buggy (as in world-breaking buggy) so we probably won't add that. UsefulFood provides quite a lot of food on its own, and if we provide Harvestcraft, we'd have a lot of food. Just look at all these foods: http://wiki.skcraft.com/usefulfood/apple-ice-cream
