Am I missing something ? It seems that there's enough free RAM, but it still does that. Goes somewhere up to 2 GB in task manager then crashes. If I try to allocate more, it still crashes, if I allocate less, it loads up but then crashes when I try to join the game or in-game. I've successfully started a game with 512mb and 700mb allocated, but it does not last long enough to be playable.

Any idea how to tackle this issue ?

EDIT: changed vvcap link to imgur

Can you set up max RAM to 1500 MB?

    Are you using 64-bit Java?

    No, I'm using 32-bit.

Also, max 1500 mb did this:

Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for object heap

I have no idea why this is happening , it's acting like the ram just isn't there.

EDIT: would 64-bit OS solve this issue ?

Well, a 64-bit OS would definitely solve it.

Try lowering your draw distance and turning off the texture pack.

I already did those things before I posted. I'm going to get 64-bit OS now.

Remove it from your resourcepacks folder. (USER)\Documents\SKCraft Launcher\instances\Alice 1.6\minecraft\resourcepacks\

Installing 64-bit OS (and java) fixed the problem for me, mostly because it can now use extra 1GB of ram that 32-bit system couldn't.
