That explains why I'm getting "connection refused". Hope this is over quickly! While I'm at it - I have other strange issues. Around 4 pm (GMT+1) my connection gets either extremely laggy (it takes 20 sec for my ME wireless terminal to open and chunks don't load fast enough even at walking speed) or I disconnect right after joining with "end of stream" and "connection reset" errors. Doesn't get better until after nighttime. It's over when I join in the morning. I don't think this is something on my side because I can still surf the web, play TF2, listen to webradio. I can join servers in vanilla and don't have problems. It's only on SKCraft. This even extends to the website. It works better than the game but sometimes the server won't send me data. I did a traceroute to skcraft.com and I had over 70% packet loss.
I think sending a message that only mods are able to see is not a good idea in this case. Maybe they don't know what's up. Maybe someone else does. Of course they usually have more experience but they can't know everything. Also, this is not sensitive information that really should be kept private. Isn't that what the message-a-mod thing is all about?
was more a suggestion. we do have extra sections for issues/bugs and similar things, so i think this thread would only get messed or maybe you wouldn't get a proper answer. up to you, idc.
