Ever since yesterday, There's been some severe block lag and I've been getting lag spikes every once in a while. What's happening?
What is happening is that the server is too tired to handle your request to break a block and scolds your client instead.
This is happening, so me and my basemate batluc just randomly die because we can't attack mobs or make a wall to protect ourselves
Sorry for late reply. Randomly die from Cave Spiders that I found 5 or so mins before and that froze... Speed is 2mbps...
I was actually wondering if there was a recommended down/up internet speed because I have been getting harsh block lag as well but that was on a rather decent internet speed. Now that I am at college for the first time and the internet speed is slower that an obese slug, (seriously I started downloading a 15 gigabyte game at midnight and it still has an hour to go) and I am still getting the same amount of block lag.
Aely and I have been getting lag with the server to do anything actually, Move, break blocks, chat is super laggy for us (we get chat in like 1-3 minute intervals). Other people on the server were also complaining about it lagging real bad. I haven't been on the server since because I can't do a single thing at my house. I don't know if this issue has been fixed and would love it if it has. Thanks.
