...wait, you're talking about the mouse I guess? No, they shouldn't stay on. You probably have USB power activated when the PC is off, that's possible with modern mainboards. (Look into the BIOS/EFI settings to turn it off.) It's either that or you're using a powered USB hub. Easiest solution: make a mouse profile that has lighttubes turned off, and switch to the profile if you don't want light. And yes, I just downloaded a 32bit Xubuntu .iso file since I don't need 64bit anyway, my CPU supports it but I only have 2GB RAM. 64bit probably even slows my PC down a little. Alright!
