Personally, I think it's not a good idea to ask for support. I think you should just keep making videos and keep getting more and more subs. If you want to get partnered, you'll need to keep making videos and keep persisting and not keep asking people for support and 'subs, likes, favorites' etc etc. Regardless, you should just keep making videos regardless of what happens, whether you get support or not when you ask for it.
firstly some things i personally think you need to improve on your mic is real loud, you have to much background noise, your intro had a noise that made my ears hurt, everyone was talking at once and over each other, you had a whole min with no footage or game play(at end), you had no real plan of what to talk about and seeing as its the first ep of a series you should at least share some of your future plans. i am not saying you can't improve, keep at it try and follow advice given to you not just mine but everyone every little bit helps, try and make your vids a little bit more professional. finally try not to advertise on places like forums its not the place for it and if your videos are good then your channel will grow on its own.
