I suggest you delete the contents of your .skcraftalice folder and force a game update in the launcher. That will normally clear all issues.
I have an idea: maybe you have allocated too much memory to Minecraft? Even with a huge modpack, Minecraft should never need more than 1024 MB. You have set 4098 as maximum and 1280 as minimum. That's WAY too much. Setting the values this high might cause problems. Set the minimum to 256 and the maximum to 1024. (This will probably also speed up the game because a lot of the 4 GB RAM which Java uses will just be swapped to the HDD, slowing Minecraft down. With 1024 maximum, Minecraft will clean up its used memory space much more often and keep itself running smoothly.) EDIT: Don't forget to update your graphic drivers!
He does have 6GB of physical RAM which means that even if the logical page file is being used, that it'll usually just take its toll during active application changes because Windows tries to optimize usage of RAM. The only real time this is a problem is when the max allocated memory is larger that the total system physical RAM minus operating costs. Also, on modded instances of Minecraft, your client may periodically require more than 1GB of memory mostly due to latent mod caches, textures, and orphan world data, especially during teleports. But do update your graphics driver every so often because its good practice.

Okay so I re downloaded, reinstalled java, allocated sugested memory, and still it doesnt work, can someone send me the files for mod, maybe I have broken mod.
Are you perchance using a texturepack? And, have you searched on google about this? If this is a general problem then there should be a workaround somewhere.
