I've been wanting to get rid of this computer as the stuff I do on it is resource heavy so me and shields have been working on finding something that could render and game on so here is the list of what we put together but also I want it to run OSX as I have a big disliking to windows (not saying its a bad os I just prefer OSX) so what do you all think??? Yea. Macs will always have slightly lower performance graphically with identical hardware and configuration.
its not all for the graphics its more for rendering and recording and its a concept build so its subject to change but for the price its brilliant
the one im on now can record and render really well and its a ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro 256 MB and it renders a 30min video in real time so ya
Rendering videos is cheap. It mainly relies on motherboard bandwidth. My comp can render a video in 3x time.
ya but thats the mac i run now and its slow as balls i just want a really good cheap hackintosh as i like the os i cant say anything bad about it its just the hardware that lets it down and the i5 and gtx 650 will hopefully make it run like a dream
Well since you've really set your mind on a the "advantageous" Mac, I hope all of Apple's shit (and Hackintosh's in your case) doesn't screw it up too much.
