The world doesn't need to be 100% dedicated to one theme, but it should definitely be themed in some form (i.e. no test worlds). Also, ugly creations (or ones that don't fit to a particular theme) should be removed or moved to a new location.
Uhhh i think this is a very important question: I would prefer to see Vincent alone.. mostly cause I like playing without any Mods! If i would decide, I would just leave James out! I think very less people play on it. pp
