    Hi there people, I was wondering if we need a program that allows you to talk on the servers when your not playing MC? Post your thoughts on the idea. I would offer to make it, but I don't know how :(

    I support this idea.
    It would probably be pretty easy to tap into the cross-server chat IRC channel sk already has in place.

    I like this idea too. Multiple people have already requested this, but Sk dislikes the idea of having an IRC channel crossed with the server chat, I forget his reasoning though.

    I can understand, as authentication may be difficult to implement, but I wouldn't mind if chat was only one way.

    The cross-server chat system is completely custom and does not rely on IRC.
