So, being that I live roughly 1000 blocks from spawn, traversing back and forth by boat is tedious. Rather, I've had an idea for teleportation. You begin with a 3x3 "pad" on the ground, with a specific configuration. To keep it something slightly more difficult to attain, maybe a diamond block in the middle, obsidian on the sides, and gold blocks on the corners., or: Code: GOG ODO GOG After this, you put a sign on the diamond block, which reads: Code: [Teleport] Your_Username Obviously there'd need to be some way of keeping people from putting others' names there, but this is just something I'm working with as I go. After your teleport pad is set up, you can return to it anytime by rightclicking while holding a gold brick. This will destroy the gold brick and bring you back to your pad. However, to keep some limitations on the pad, it could only work within a 1000 block radius of the pad. This idea is merely a suggestion and is very open for constructive criticism/whatever it takes to make it work.
