It shows what you are going to get with the enchant. But it does take some effect on this topic. It doesn't count in the current conversation.
The whole point of the enchantments being the way they are is because it IS random. If you could just choose which enchant you want the value would go down exponentially. All lv30 enchants COST the same but do not occur the same amount
The enchant characters aren't random, they translate readily into words. It's just that these words are totally unrelated to the enchantment you would receive if you clicked on them.
Yeah I thought about that when I posted it. It made sense when I thought it. The characters are tied to the words, and are not random, but the words themselves are random and therefore unrelated to the enchantment. Which is why they can even BE translated. The word phrase is random, not related to enchantment. Make more sense? Not random, but also random?
Lol, the funny thing is that the charachters are from the "standard galactic alphabet" from Commander Keen, one of my childhood favorite video games, to me Commander Keen is just like Super Mario Bros.
