Right now, the next Alice update (scheduled for sometime this week) will include:
    • The addition of BiblioCraft
    • An update of LogisticsPipes
    • The potential removal of TrainCraft (due to leaks it has and the fact that few people use it)
    • The potential addition of Factorization
This list is not final and I just made it off my head -- I'll comb through posts later. In the mean time, anything to suggest?

    FACTORIZATION!?!?!?!?!
    WIN?!?!?!

I would suggest enabling a few of the UUM recipes, like emeralds and rubies, just cause i don't
think you should have to quarry chunks at a time just to get enough resources.

You don't need to. There are other ways to get emeralds and rubies, besides, UUM for rubies is a complete waste.

Can you update OpenCCSensors too, please, SK? The last version for 1.4.7 has a new AE Sensor Card, so you can read information from ME systems using computers.

Not to people who can actually afford to use UUM on other things apart from iridium. Having the UUM recipes for stuff like rubies would save a lot of us from having to quarry out huge areas just to get enough resources.

Not to hi-jack this thread, but is there a master list of current mods and versions on the forums somewhere? if not, could we get a master list, please?

    Nevermind, found the Google spreadsheet!

    Thanks,
    DSoS

Could not say it better, and I second the UUM recipe suggestion. With the next version of GregTech fusion reactors will be much more expensive. UUM will only get more valuable.

Still hoping we could find some mods that would make use of large amounts of EU. I know that MFFS is out, but something like that would be great for those of us that have plenty of EU to spare and nothing to use it on but UUM.

Yup agreed. I also agree with Shadows post about Liquid UU and enableing some of the recipies, if we could create rubies and emeralds we wouldn't have to quarry, thus freeing up more system resources which is something you're trying to get at..

Totally agree, it's almost as if this is being ignored... You should repost this in the 'On Frame Bores' announcement. It's where SK seems to be listening.

In my search for MFFS-like mods I noticed that MFFS has changed a lot recently. The author has renamed the mod to Advanced Repulsion Systems, replaced a good bit of his code, and is using Immibis Core now. Not sure when MFFS was last considered, but it might be worth taking another look.

That's Immibis maintaining the old version of MFFS. Search for the super cool rewrite by ThunderDark (original author of MFFS) :p

MFFS has been re-written again by now, as Thunderdark has left the modding community. It's now being maintained by Calclavia (creator of Universal Electricity). It still has IC2 support, though.

I know it sounds silly, but the planes from flan's mod would be nice. I could guess that they would cause a lot of conflict though.

Also... Wipe out the Extra Bees. They're killing Alice. HARD.
The Extra Bees are far too Over Powered. Any idiot can see that right?
Infinite Titanium, Emeralds and XP (and all the rest) just doesn't lie...
They've got to go before Alice is ruined by free infinite resources.

The extra bees are fun though, I and a lot of other players have really gotten into bee breeding. They aren't crazy OP either, they are a reward of patience, time and careful bee-breeding.
