Here we are again, back to square one. The High Lands is back, and we need YOU! As you may know, High Lands will be a "Floaty" island. We are limited to the mountain tops at the moment, due to a lack of dirt and cooble/stone. We have a semi-functional bar named, "Da Bar" (Yes, the name is only temporary) and a restaraunt named, "The Cooking Dungeon" Thank you for your time, ~CJ and Chaeris.
There will be a logo, but you need to know something with it! If you want to make one, then be sure of what we want: - Minimalist (it's a logo, not a painting) - /!\ MUST BE AN SVG FILE (eps files could work, but SVG's better). With SVG files we can change the resolution to whatever we want, there won't be any scale effect! - The final render must have a square total of pixel, I mean that the final render must be something like 100px*100px. The logo inside that square could have any shape!
Alright then, be sure to bring us some dirt! So, do we want a logo in the sense of like a stamp, or do we want a logo in the sense of like a flag?
We want a logo for both: To claim anytthing to be done by us, and so we will claim our city main buildings, then we will stamp them, in the form of a flag! But we'll also use it on public messages, so that's why I ask for an SVG picture: SVG is basically read by any web browser!
To make SVG logos you need to have Inkscape, it's a free software, you should find it easily with any search engine, even google and yahoo Inkscape
Can i join the HIGHlands? i'm most of the time high, have my own little home in the heart of a redridge, but a home away from home sounds nice xD
Welp, we're not exactly, how would you say, either on the ground or finished or even started really. We're living atop several mountain at the moment. You can live there if you wish, then move up to our signature "Floaty Island In Da Sky"
I am right that Gu4ren joins the city, any opposition ? You reached the highest level of citizen'ness and architectural urbanization... Said like so, the High Lands looks like the best think thought and futurely done in Minecraft
Hey Ya'll. CJ invitied me. I will like to be the joining of the project. (fun (aka. "bad") inglish intentional) Have Dirt. Need to Give. Is there a place (chest?) to bring dirt to add to The HighLands? What are the coordinates of The Project thus far... kitchen dungeon and da bar? Also, CJ says (as of a couple dayz ago) that Chaeris, lone_bacon2, OverloaderDave, 2088 (& me mudsong) are currently "members". Just stating. Also, I saw 2088 at The HighLands a few days ago, I think? .... helped him with some appatite for paintball... yes? this is the place? <--- that is my question here) Also... if so... my Base is right there! Next Door. I was inspired by the roof top location and made a HighLand rooftop to my Base. If so, we can just connect the dots. I mean, attach my rooftop to your HighLand. Also, I make sense, mostly. Sometimes, I am serious when I am joking.
To clarify: I co-own the high lands with CJBay5 and also lguasso, but lguasso became a mod while he was on the city on Vincent 1.2.5, so well let's say he cannot help anymore About the dirt, it's really simple, you make a double chest, and you place dirt in it. Currently we have 2 double chests (which is four chests), and we need 35 double chests (which is 70 chests) filled with dirt. Ah and 2088 is my friend so he's probably at the base, or at least I know he can get here as he already done more than once, so if you found him and if he said this was the "city", then he was right As real right now we are in the "gathering ressources" phase,and then we gonna... BUILD !
I can show you around if you'd like, and I do suppose that we could link the two areas (You would have to make it look good though).
Well, CJ. U sayin my place don't look good? Chaeris, yes, chest, good. But Where? I mean, i got dirt. But it's in my chest. At my base. So. To me, most important, is where do I put some to be used for The High Lands? Also, I don't mean to be daft, but CJ said we are using the Mt tops 4 now. So, Is that to say, there is no High Lands yet? or the Mt. Tops are the High Lands. or... The Mt. Top areas where I have seen CJ and 2088 are CJ's base and that has nothing to do with the High Lands.. or, like i said i don't mean to be daft, it just comes natural 0_O Also, I am just NE of where I have seen CJ and 2088. (lots of glass and marble brick) Also, Evanslash (my kid. yes. i mean. my son) is on the Mt. Village just N of where I saw CJ and 2088. And Creeperhunter777 is our friend. Also, I have a Ranch and a Mt. Base. (the Ranch is open to Evanslash and Creeper but the Mt. Base not) Also, I am rambling and this is getting boring. Skype or TS anyone?
Yes you can, look at one of the first post, because you must use a vectorized format, svg is prefered!
I am just now noticing that happened and I wanted to do a quick little check-in with mudsong: How's the logo going?
BTW sorry if I'm inactive in-game... You know how fast and efficient I am at building highly scaled things. OR gathering a lot of materials... But right now I haven't my time, I'll do it later! I need a little motivation maybe...
So, It's been a while since I last made a post here and in that period, I've started work on the island, made a plan for a community shop in the Bazaar, welcomed another friend (redcreeper96), made a tree farm, met the newest neighbors (ABCherry and Trailhammer), developed some new technology areas, made an electronic To Do List, started running a quarry, and made a new storage room. Quite the list.
