Personally, I use a three-engine-cored web browser called Avant, wich means that I can swap from Mozilla to Chrome (or IE, but I don't use it a lot ). And yes, I can run extensions with it, there are sometimes little bug, but the compatibility is really great! You can try it here: http://www.avantbrowser.com/ There's also Lunascape, but it has some bugs with Windows 8, the point of this thread If you still want t try it (in the case I am the only one lagging with Lunascape, but by the way, after trying both, graphically, and for the compatibility, I prefer Avant Browser, handling each browser apps slightly better!) http://www.lunascape.tv/
I still use windows XP and I face fewer problems than people with just about any newer version of Windows, if it ain't broke, don't fix it Nuff said
XP is nearly 12 years old and will soon not receive any updates (if it hasn't already). If you have a semi-decent computer 7 or 8 work perfectly fine, I haven't had any problems myself.
