When applying, you won't get a response instantly, so you'll have to wait a while. Mine took over a month, so just have patience.
Usually responses take about 1-2 days at most, but it was back logged for about 2 weeks recently. However, that back log has been worked through and everyone's application should have been looked at it. Do you still have a copy to the link for your application? If not, check your email's spam folder.
