Dear those of you at SK-Craft over the past couple of months because I didn't want to go through the possible anguish of building on multi-player I've been working on a wonderful single player world. There are two things I want to know though. Although I'am not yet finished when I do is it possible to take things from the single player world and place them on the server :O? & Secondly whether or not the answer to question #1 is yes or no. I know you haven't been able to update to the latest versions but that is completely fine with me EXCEPT that I'd really very much love to have the tiniest addition of that journal item in the current version of MineCraft. So I wanted to know if there was any possible way to add that item so I could make a journal for my wonderful single player world. If not it is all right I just wanted the journal so that my single player world could be more interesting and I guess a little more interactive + personal.
I think he wants to share his map, with this community, or even with his own one... Anyway, Zuko (Avatar-lover found ? Your picture seems to confirm it), I don't think you will find answers here, it is better to google it. Youwon't have any answer because, for me, you want to make your own community, and it looks like an advert, wich is prohibited on this forum!
What XD? I don't understand. Whats the point of what? Yes I like Avatar. Idk if you understand. I can't Google this :O. SK-Craft is much different than normal MineCraft which makes it a lot harder to find answers to specific questions so why not ask on the forums :]. And how is this an advert >:O
Sorry for chaeris, he likes to rant a lot. So, usually we don't put singleplayer worlds or buildings on the server, for obvious reasons. What Cran meant was, why would you want to play multiplayer if you're just intrested in having your specific buildings on our server? Why not start anew like we all did?
oh okay XD. I don't want to play Multiplayer for my specific buildings. I never said I wanted to paste my entire world on it either...Start a new :O since when. Idk. I'll try to play Multiplayer again I just hate the stuff that can happen. With other people, technical issues, etc... But I'm people would still like a nice singleplayer world . Since I doubt anyone really does that with the nice servers there are.
Ah, so sorry for the mistake, I saw many messages (most of them out of this forum) where people asked such things, to make a new server and spam forums about that... You need to know that people on this server are sometimes making Singleplayer maps, like me, Krootlord and Jawawen (I joined their team recently only). So to answer your questions: 1) Yes it could be possible to take some parts of your single player map to paste it on the server, but I don't think admins will do that, since SKCraft is a survival server... 2) You can make a mod, to have a journal, but the best way would be to use Books and Quills, you can write text in it, and save it in chests and so! (This depends on the use you want to make of journals). EDIT: I don't get what you didn't understand in my last message, am I abusing of parentheses ? Else than the brackets, I don't know what were hard to read, can you explain ?
I don't know how to make a mod though :'[. You mistook what I was saying as something else that's why you confused me.
To be clear, a journal is a newspaper ? Else that's why you didn't get my message! Anyway, can't a book be able to work here ? What do you want to make exactly ?
