Hey all! Construction on the city will start very soon! City info The city is about 2000 blocks away from spawn, it will have a public work area, with standard machines. It might eventually also have a teleporter linking up to spawn. Members The owners are: 0070071, AlphaLord250, [gavin16ohya - Inactive] The members are: iacdmac, Rahau, Fr099y, XChrisUnknownX, flipitypop, cyberbeat_jamie, Chaeris, Popsicle67, Grifinbh The members who have now left are: Teublyster The members who have been kicked out are: (non-existent!!!) Application To apply, simply post in this thread: - Your in-game name: - Have you carefully read the rules? - Are you good with the machines the mod adds? How good? - Anything we should know about you? Rules The rules are: 0: YOU MUST BE AWESOME (So Teub, if you ever want to rejoin - TOUGH) <----- jks 1: No rudeness. 2: All houses must have a sign with the house owner's name. 3: Anyone can build anywhere, as long as it does not intrude on anyone else's property, or public areas, eg. pathways. 4: No entering the public power lines without permission. I don't trust you not to blow up machines. 5: AlphaLord250 is the only one allowed in the nuclear reactor. I mean, ever. 6. Use as few microblocks as you possibly can. Please. 7. NO WATERMILL/RP2 EU GENERATION IT LAGS RIDICULOUSLY.
My application - Your in-game name: Chaeris (I don't see the interest to have a different username between Minecraft and the forums, but well, people act their way) - Have you carefully read the rules? No: I am a fucking rude badass that won't tell his house (or city extension, you know my project ) is that one with a sign, That will build a huge cobble box on top of everything, sometimes griefing roofs to make that, that will get in every circuits with TNT to... tame...... creepers and that will use every time nuclear reactors just cause he wants I hope you understood I'm joking, and that as real I just wrote what you mustn't do - Are you good with the machines the mod adds? How good? I am really good, as good as a potato trying to make tomato sauce (in the case you didn't get I'm really a noob with that, but I know the links of the wikis of mods and how to ask a question directly in the chat ) - Anything we should know about you? I am epic at building huge things, as real the High lands (my old city) used 15 000 blocks for it's first layer, I probably shoveled and placed like 14950 of them alone in a month on Vincent (I also did like 3 or 4 houses, then I let other members do things, unfortunately Vincent died, or nearly, then my city died too, I had 30 members including 4 owners with me). I am also French, only 14 (I am 14 since 27 august, so just like 1 month and a bit ago), and said as "mature" for my young age, sk89q also proposed me to become the principal moderator of Vincent, but then Vincent "died" and I were the only one connected, with nothing to do.
Check omega city thread I posted something you should look... I will only reply here for now, so if you want more info tell me HERE, I'll also start a private conversation with me, you, CJBay5 and lguasso .
I am right that "Omnicron" sounds way better than Omicron, so I agree about to change the future city name
Omnicron is a letter in the Ancient Greek alphabet, just like omega, alpha, beta and all of those other cool names. Omicron is probably a typo.
I know all of the letters and I can tell you them immediately, but on a forum it has no value because I could also have searched for them on Google, anyway as far as I remember, oMicron IS a letter, and omNicron ISN'T, so I am still right to call it Omnicron instead of Omicron!
My application - Your in-game name: Popsicle67 (shocking, I know) - Have you carefully read the rules? Well, that was an easy requirement. Kudos to you for having a short, simple rules section. - Are you good with the machines the mod adds? How good? I'm quite good with IC2 and the smaller mods, I know enough BC to get by, and I am in a monogamous relationship with RedPower2. - Anything we should know about you? Um... I like pie? Not really anything particularly groundbreaking, no.
Ahh! I made a post earlier saying that I might have been wrong about whether it was Omicron or Omnicron, and that I was just trying to point out that there was a right answer, whatever it may be, but my Internet must have glitched, because it didn't post.
It happened to me once too, I don't think it's your internet, more likely the web browser, that thinks "Oh he posted, let's make the animation", and the server to think "What's going on? Ah, not much..."
It probably was my internet. I live in a rural area with two choices. Dial up or GeneralSuckyConnection (Centurylink) . It takes me an hour and a half to watch a 45 minute Netflix show and it likes to bounce.
