    Im on a Windows 8 and, I tried on the launcher and normal minecraft,with the right version, and I keep geting this unknown host error..
    edit: I should be clear that I am using the right IP

    It's possible that Java isn't allowed in your firewall, both public and private.

    I can get on other servers fine,is the thing. Its just this one and a diffrent one that wont work..

    For me, it frequently says "Can't resolve hostname," but I can still connect to it.
