Honestly I needed nether quartz and that's the reason I sold Iridium ore I don't think Iridium should be on that list or rubies. However, I don't know if centrifuging redstone is still a thing but if what we saw with buttons on 1.4 still holds true I don't see a problem with redstone from the drill. That said overall I am not a fan of the drill because of this whole thing with the current map.
