There are a number of bugs on Alice and these will be fixed towards the end of this weekend. Flying and The End are now enabled on Alice. Dynmap on Vincent is temporarily disabled. It loads but it won't update the tiles. We are considering moving to a dedicated server to make the servers run better. If all goes well, we may have between 16 to 32 GB of RAM to our disposal. I'd like to setup an "on-demand" server that you can temporarily use to do things like upload an adventure map so you can play with friends and other members. I may be able to subsidize the server with other activities, so we won't have to resort to donor ranks and you won't have to pay to play.
As for server fees, as soon as my new job starts paying I can easily help. Also, all I ask in return is derpegg bound to a chair in a dark room for 30 minutes a week. ;D
I wouldn't mind a pay-to-play or donations button, as this server is so awesome and it would help to deter griefers a little bit more with pay-to-play but donor ranks, uh...
