Rather than waiting for the right person to be online at the exact time you want to sell/buy something, I think a Trading Center on the forums would be a nice addition, not hard to add either.

For example, I would really like to buy some ender bees right now ;D...

Use this thread, perhaps? Giving people a format to put their trade request in would help with organizing. Another section for this would also be nice so we could like many other gaming forums with [WTB], [WTS], etc. tags for threads.

Not fluid and dynamic enough. Trade o mats are static, can't really haggle and barter.
