All I have to say is that this just looks like a rare random error, as my Thaumcraft research table works fine and your client probably (somehow accidentally) created an impossible value not allowed by Minecraft (as shown by java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException.) If it refuses to let you join the server without crashing, then we could arrange for a mod to teleport you elsewhere and back - if it still crashes afterwards, then we'll search for a real solution.
