    Hey, So just to give you all a heads-up we will be disabling the powered lantern from Immersive Engineering in the NEAR future. If you would like a refund of them let one of the Mods know.

    Good thing I didn't make any yet, although I was planning to.

    What is the reason for disabling them? Performance or balancing reasons?

    The code it uses to check if there is a nearby powered lantern makes every single mob spawn very expensive, performance wise.

    But it looks so nice... Is there an option to disable it's mobspawn effect?

    It's a light source. It uses RF. It has a cool model. It disables mob spawn in a certain radius.
