Alice is back up! It had crashed because the server had run out of memory (likely due to some memory leak), an issue that we hadn't run into before because we had previously needed to restart the server periodically to 'fix the lag', and we don't need to anymore.
Just a suggestion, but perhaps the server should be auto-restarted every, say, 12 hours? Or daily at a fixed time?
Cran is always around and can restart it. Just this one time it didn't work, and an auto restart wouldn't have worked either, i guess.
