It's an automations mod that shouldn't lag the server much as item transport through the tubes is entityless like AE. I could lay here and tell you all about it and my previous experience with it (amazing by the way) or you can check it out for yourself! The main reason I want this mod is for sorting, which AE doesn't accomplish very well at all.
Attach a storage bus to a chest and define which items go in there and you're done. That is very very easy, imo.
This goes more in-depth to sorting. You can do things like name destinations, and have item distribution! With this, you can have things like ore processor contraptions where all your ore can get spread out over say 10 grinders instantly. It opens the doors for so many different things! And ofc, requires power. You can use this mod in conjunction with AE and it picks up right where AE leaves off! And the concept of the storage bus is basically the same with the other methods of sorting in the mod (besides formatting, but that's not what i'm trying to accomplish).
