On the rules list on the wiki, it says explicitly "Random PvP is not allowed." But, apparently some people don't read the rules. I was on my way to the Welwyn marketplace, and then this guy, thesalman458, just started hitting me with his sword. I died, and lost all my stuff, including a full set of iron tools (Including a hoe), a flint and tinder, and a lot of wood and cobble. I told him to give by stuff back, because I though it was a joke. All he did was say "Hehehe" and log off. Since I knew this is against the rules, I told the current online mod, Roflwartz, about this, and he banned thesalman. He asked me his exact username, and I said I was pretty sure the numbers after his name were 458, yet I'm not sure. Rofl told me to post this thread, I'm expecting he did so to warn people about banning, and that people actually do get banned. I also have a question for SK: could you check the whitelist/log/blacklist to make sure that the player that Rofl banned was actually on the server, and that I got the numbers after his name right? --dbh
Well I never found this server via a wiki so it may have been possible he didnt know it wasnt an all out PvP server?
The welcome thread tells you to read the rules on the wiki. Even without being told, you should read the rules and/or ask.
