When I stay online (chunklloader), my stored charcoal increases, and I also gett surplus of oak wood in my buffer-barrel (with void upgrade). But I have noticed that when I'm offline some parts of my base still stay loaded for some reason. My charcoal supply gets lower and my oak wood buffer empties. Anyone know what could be causing this?

For mods to check it out, my base is at: -1385, +1296 (ish)

(Also, sorry for that naked part in forest, berzerk harvester.... woops...)

Now, this morning, I logged on and 21 stacks of charcoal blocks where gone. My boilers have been running throughout the night while I was offline, depleting my charcoal supply since the treefarms and smelters where not loaded propperly.

Is it possible that you have only parts of your base chunkloaded? Or do you have any neighbours living nearby that might be keeping just a bit of your base loaded?

I've noticed something similar in my base, in that I have a rig to make brine, then process it into hydrogen chloride. If I'm logged off for a long time, I come back to no brine, no chlorine, and no hydrogen chloride in the system other than the gas tank full of it. Realistically it's fine because the tank suffices, and that supply doesn't go away, but everything up the system from that should also remain when I log off. It's weird because it's not like it gets used while I'm gone.

Chicken Chunks seems to either completely remove nbtdata on some blocks or at least mess it up. I have had countless issues myself which I resolved by removing it

You removed the chunkloader or the machines?

Also, I have a basemate but he is bussy with other games. And I have no neighbours close enough for my base to be loaded partially.

Still worth asking I guess. I had some issues with chunkloading too, but I moved everything important from chunk borders and issues are now only minor. Seems to be related to ender io conduits. (fluid in my case)

I'm having the extact same problems as LordXyroz does...
But my question is, is this even related to Chicken Chunks?
I've set up a chunk loader on my turbine to load my steam boiler, a factory to fuel my steam boiler with charcoal and my turbine itself. I left it like this and didn't play for about 5 days. When I experienced that my turbine was offline, I removed the chunk loader and set everything up again, and logged out for the night.
This morning, when I loggged in again, the charcoal was gone again and my steam boiler were higher in temperature than the evening before, despite the cunk loader being removed...
I have no other player living near me nor were any teammates of mine online... In that case, it shouldn't have been loaded at all or am I wrong?

I just changed something that should have made chunk unloading more likely to occur. Previously, I think it was a crapshoot as to whether some chunks ever got unloaded.
