    • An old mob spawn limiter has been removed.
    • The spawn rate of animals has been increased.
    • We now again have the tool that we use to figure out whose bases cause the most lag.
EDIT: Salt factories are killing the server.

MORE EDIT: Apparently I have been told that Pam's recipes are really laggy.

EDIT by Tonius: Not just Pam's recipes are laggy. Binnie's Mods seems to be slowing down any crafting process significantly.

Does this mean that mobs will spawn right in front of me like they did before when you changed it the other day?

Not just Pam's recipes are laggy. Whenever a big amount of any items is crafted, a lag spike seems to happen, also on the client side.

It seems to be Binnie's Mods (Extra Bees/Trees) hooking into crafting, slowing down any crafting process by a significant amount.

Along with the machines not actually accepting RF power, we cannot keep Binnie Mods if this keeps up.

So, should we avoid automating pam's recipes for now?

Any crafting will lag the server, until binnies mods are removed. It doubt it will be fixed since binnie hasn't done any updates since august!

Could you name all affected mods? (the ones to be removed)

If Binnie Mods were removed, the following things would disappear:
    • Many types of bees (Extra Bees), notably the ones that produce minerals, mob drops or dyes. They would turn into useless white 'bees'.
    • Many types of trees (Extra Trees) and their respective planks and fruits, blocks made by Woodworkers and Glassworkers, fences, hedges and doors.
    • All breedable flowers (Botany) and anything flowerbreeding-related, as Forestry itself does not have this feature at all.
    • All machines that provide genetic manipulation of bees and saplings from Forestry. (Genetics)

Oh man, I think this has been here before. I believe some people would be very unhappy. I would not mind at all, as I am not using these mods.

It wouldn't be a huge loss to me either, but i respect the people who do like bees.
