People will inevitably get the high-tier bees though, and then want to run them in huge numbers. Cutting out Gendustry only delays the problem.
Industrial scale is normally mass production no? Although I always try to be conservative of the other players on the server!
If we use ComputerCraft, it would be awesome to have OpenPeripheral Core and OpenPeripheral Addons. These two mods help computers integrate heavily with the environment, machines, and players. OpenPeripheral Core: This is an add-on for ComputerCraft which can convert many blocks from all different mods into ComputerCraft peripherals. OpenPeripheral Core isn't required on the client unless you decide to also use OpenPeripheral Addons. OpenPeripheral Addons: This addons pack extends the OpenPeripheral core with Terminal Glasses, PIMs, Peripheral Proxies and more. To install the addons mod you'll need OpenPeripheral core installed on the clients as well as the server. Both are available at http://www.openmods.info/. Terminal glasses are the best...
We have had OpenPeripheral in 1.5 and 1.6, but at the moment we're slated towards OpenComputers more. However, this may change in future as OpenComputers seems useless and buggy.
I think it's already listed, please check the current suggestions list as linked in the paths comment on the first page.
Well. We aren't just sitting around doing nothing... But lots of modern haven't updated their mods yet so that us adding to the delay.
No, I don't think so it's just taking longer because of major changes. Forge didn't come out that long ago and the moderns can't start to do anything until forge has updated mine raft version
TE has updated but not all of the features have been implemented, including conduits, so we'll have to wait for that.
Tall skinny reactors are not necessarily better, there is a lot that goes into calculating your EU or steam output and fuel use. If I remember correctly, shorter wider reactors are better for passively cooled and taller skinny reactors are better for active steam generation. Also the type of coolant you use for different sections of the reactor probably has the biggest effect. For a passive reactor cryo between the fuel rods and a 4 block resonant ender buffer between the rods and the reactor case is best, I'm still not sure what the best is for an active reactor so I've just been using the same setup.
i use a 4x5 and have solid fuel rods it works for 2 mid size turbines and i only use it at like 20% so i could run a lot more
Stay on topic please. If you want to talk about reactors please make a thread in all about Alice concerning the matter. Thanks
