Option one:a secret Santa type thing. Basically you are assigned someone and you have to mail something to me,who will mail it to your person so no one knows who sent them a gift.(Someone will need to get me a list of all the active players on skcraft.) Option 2:You pick 3 items or multiblock structures and they are mailed to you. Of course,no one want to spend their supplies on this,so sk would have to agree to spawn the stuff in and mail it to you. Please note you need to list quantities, and not more than 10 of an item, unless it is a multiblock.
LOLno. The effort it takes to do something like that is tremendous, and impossible unless you are truly committed.
Your poll needs another option: Neither. Problems with Option 1: Not everyone is going to want to participate, and there's no way to force people to participate/forced to give someone something else. Nobody is going to know what to give to anyone without asking, thereby ruining the anonymity of it all. In addition, it would take an exceptional amount of effort to organize. Problems with Option 2: Stuff doesn't get spawned in except to refund something for a legitimate reason, or if it's for spawn. However, there is an exception where a few mods will randomly do a /give * command to give everyone a cookie or some other relatively useless invaluable item. That all being said, if you wanted to organize some sort of Secret Santa type thing for willing participants (i.e. that sign up somewhere, like in a thread or something), then by all means go for it. But I can say with 99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999997% certainty that neither of your proposals above will happen.
Option 1 (secret santa) is good, but it will not work with mail. Also, we just need to ask people if they want to participate, and if people don't want to, they don't have to. They won't have to give a gift and they won't receive one either. And I already have an idea on how to make it anonymous. It's simple really. We need to make a list of people who will participate and then jumble it to give participants a random partner. /pm everyone their partner. We make an advanced portal which leads to a room which only one person can enter at a time (for anonymity - we'll need some redstone magic for that). The room is filled with chests. People then put their gift into an empty chest and place a lock sign with their partner's name on it so that only the partner will be able to open it. And since they will be alone in that room nobody will know to whom they gave their gift. Isn't that difficult to setup if you ask me. If we agree to make this I'll be willing to help in making this. I just can't do the redstone but I know that someone has made a room which can only be entered by one person. And if people don't have an advanced portal they can use the mappad to teleport to someone with a portal, then enderpearl home. About the gifts - we can't really control that. We can only agree to gift something that's not useless but not too expensive either.

ohhh no fusion, no ults? but is a industrial blast furnance ok? Or a grinder for a person, how just started to play? A Matterfab? How decides what is valuable for someone? So can i send a fusion to a person how already has 3 fusions? (just an example). Sure i can't send a fusion to a player how just started to play.
we also could just do an ingame christmas party ( maybe 3 different times) where participants meet in a random place. bring random blocks and we see what happens. like a building jam session. i imagine this as more enjoyable than simple giveaways. y u so materialistic
I don't think christmas fits into a japanese-style theme. Also, most people have some christmas decorations already. Especially DSoS. That doesn't sound bad either. And we could do that more often, not just at christmas. I'd love to see the beautiful or derpy creations of build jams.
Things we've done in the past: Gave away a bunch of games on Steam. Asked everyone to put a chest under a Christmas tree and everyone was randomly gifted things.
