Laucher Problem

    when i start the launcher it says "Failed to fetch page: connect: Address is invalid on local machine, or port is not valid on remote machine" HELP I cant get updates or see SKcraft news

    Couple of questions:
    1. Have you successfully used the launcher on this computer before, and if so, when?
    2. Have you installed or updated any software recently?
    3. Has anything changed in your network recently (new modem, new router, etc.)?
    4. Have you tried re-downloading the launcher?
    5. What Anti-Virus and Firewall software are you using (if known)?
    Also, if you could, post a screenshot of the error.

    why Norton Family? thats a Parental Control Software!

    thats probly why its not getting the "Failed to fetch page: connect: Address is invalid on local machine, or port is not valid on remote machine" due to its blocking access to it.

    idk how Norton Family works but try adding sk launcher to some kind of safe list

    You probably have to add the launcher to the list of programs that can access the Internet in Norton 360.

    When you start up your computer mash the F8 key until it asks you if you want to boot into safe mode. Then once in safe mode you should be able to uninstall it no problem.

    Note: "mash" = repeatedly tap very quickly
