I highly doubt this is still going in 1.5. Since the original creator doesn't play anymore and the other is probably playing has probably given up/forgotten about it altogether.

Depends, if like 3-6 months is short-term then yes. But a few weeks ago, we were pondering the idea of just waiting until updating for 1.7 so everyone gets a decent amount of time on 1.5. But still, nothing is decided so continue on like 1.5 will be up for another couple of months.

I like servers with permanent maps XD.
Guess SKCraft isn't for me...

 

There is no such thing as a permanent map. At most a server map will stay up for about 2-8 months if the owner updates regularly. Less if the person is a very bad procrastinator or just very lazy.

 

I played on a vanilla server for two years with no map updates.
The owner definitetly isnt lazy... if i reccomend a plugin or something hell look into it right away.

 

Vanilla servers are totally different from modded, community-wise. People on vanilla servers can spend months upon months creating projects, cities... Whereas the goal on Modded is generally to get to endgame, and nobody bothers with projects (Unless you're sk or a small handful of others).
