I've updated the launcher again a bit more (well, about 8 hours ago at least). Download the newest version here: Windows: http://skcraft.com/files/beta/SKMCLauncher.exe Mac OS X: http://skcraft.com/files/beta/SKMCLauncher.app.zip Linux: http://skcraft.com/files/beta/SKMCLauncher.jar I also added some texture packs. Someone requested Zan's Minimap but I couldn't find a 1.4 version.
This is really awesome to see. But remember on Teamspeak, I mentioned to you about the launcher news displaying the raw html?. Well I shouldn't say is 'carried over', but it never stopped. Spoiler
@sk89q 1. You probably make the launcher self-updateable? I could help you if needed. I don't like updating by myself everytime 2. Maybe add an option for the news with plain text instead of html for people like shadow with html display problems.
Rei's Minimap is the successor to Zan's Minimap. You can actually choose in the options to use a Zan-style skin.
Zan's Minimap was taken over by the VoxelBox and renamed to VoxelMenu. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/13001201/VoxelMap.litemod
Hmmmm, When I select for example Alice, it says that it's launching Minecraft then nothing happens it just continues to show the launcher. This doesn't happen on just Alice it happens on all of them I was just using Alice as an example. Even if I delete the folders and re-download it by the launcher it won't actually launch it even though it was downloaded successfully. Issue fixed, I am a dumb ass.
Is that Ubuntu I see there? Or am I thinking of something else? BTW nice launcher - did you get a Mac, or find someone who has a Mac that isn't me, or find a .app compiler for Linux/Windows, or find out how to 'compile' a .app manually?
Does it say that about the .zip or the .app inside? It's... Windows 8. And as ewized said, it's just compiled by the build script automatically. Someone added that months ago apparently.
I'm finding that the new launcher, running on a macbook pro, has laggy trackpad inputs. Looking around feels much worse than it did on the old launcher. Anyone else experiencing the same issue?
