You have no idea what the difference is between the 1.2.5 alice lifts, and craftbook lifts are, do you?
The 1.2.5 alice lift makes you fly through the air, and the craftbook lifts teleport you. It's like that, isn't it?

So everything is buggy and laggy... So if you still want to have a lift, then take the less worse one
We don't actually NEED it... people are coming along nicely without. And i'd rather have no mod than a bad mod which might cause sk trouble. Not as he has enough already.
Speak for yourself. You do not speak for me, nor anyone else. I am actually not coming along nicely without it. There are certain things that I cannot do for the lack of it. I do, actually, need an elevator plugin of some sort. Having huge vertical shafts that people jetpack in is sub-par and not ideal. There are multiple options for an elevator addition, several have been named, one of which seems like an ideal candidate do to the absolute lack of anything that moves: Craftbook and the teleporting elevator system.
You do. But most people do not. You only speak of what you want to do, what you need and what you want on this server. I spoke, atleast so i hope, for everyone else, as a moderator and as someone who thinks what's best for the server. If you disagree with me, cool story bro.
Alternative options have been presented, with performance considerations taken into account. Options that will allow for elevators without problems for the server.
As much as I don't like sign lifts or anything like that because of the way it looks ugly and is kinda just a way round a proper lift mod/plugin, I think that it would be a good idea to include it.
Well, at least we'll have a fast lift then People can always build a nice lift cart around the signs, so it looks like the lift cart actually moved when you reach your destination.
