To be fair, nobody cares. This forum is pretty much open for anything, as long it's not spam, porn or graphical violence.
Oh and if you didn't already guessed it: every thread derails when Kira goes on it. It's his thread now, you can't write anything without him going "oh no, totally wrong, here is some fake science page i found on a republican propaganda page blargh blargh blargh." But good that nobody really cares, right?
Claims to be intelligent. Never actually reads what I write, or link to, or thinks for himself. My position is different from his. MUST BE PROPAGANDA. (And more to the point, it must be political! Because not a single other person in this thread, myself included, has even tangentially mentioned politics.) Madness cannot possibly not know something.
I don't claim to be more intelligent than anybody else. And i don't claim that a person with higher intelligence knows all the answers. The reason why i say it's propaganda (which isn't necessary politics ...) is because i see that every republican bible thumper has the same opinion on this matter. I highly doubt it's a coincidence ...
Put aside politics, and actually go and research the science for yourself behind what I am saying. I have provided one website with information concerning pornography and masturbation's effects on your brain. I would hardly call the site religious. Their value system certainly doesn't match mine, but never the less the science is there showing that wonton pornography use is actually abusive to your brain and your physiology. Just because that upsets you and is an inconvenient thing to hear, because you enjoy porn, doesn't mean it's not correct. I mean, let's get something straight: I enjoy porn, but the effects it has on my life, my physiology, cannot be denied and I refuse to partake of it. Read it, or don't, but if you don't? Don't say it's not true if you haven't even looked at the science behind the statements. And how do I know you don't read or listen to what I say, Madness? Because you think I'm a religious bible thumper. At no point have I mentioned religion, at no time ever have I appealed to the bible as an authority. I wager you don't even have a clue what my religion actually IS. Either read what I have to say and stop and think about what it is I am saying, before you blanket me as a republican bible thumper, or kindly just don't reply, it's just not worth your time or my time otherwise. Because, Madness, if anything? You are showing yourself to be dogmatically opposed to any view that does not match your preconceived notions. You cannot be educated.
It has been five days since I stopped, I can do it easy for now, trying to stop for at least 2 weeks, possibly forever. Still waiting for those shivering moments actually, those are somehow interesting and exciting me...
The surges mean the chemicals are flooding your system (i.e. not good), for myself they happened when I was interacting with material that would trigger me. If you avoid the material, you won't have them though. Good for you though.
So you've also not looked at porn or self stimulated for a week? Cause if you haven't, how would you know? And of course you wouldn't know. You've never read it.
> Still looks at porn > Still self-stimulates > I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM! aka > Stopped smoking for a week > Still smokes right now > I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM! I know of someone who's addictive cycle is 6 years long, and during those 6 years everything as fine, and then he craters incredibly fast, every 6 years, on the dot. Go a week. Go two weeks. Go a month. Go two. Go a year... If it's easy, do it. Your future girlfriend/boyfriend will thank you later.
My name is xXMadNessXx, I cannot read anything my opponent says, or links to, and I am compelled to change the subject and lash out at my opponent, because I am unable to answer his questions and challenges. Therefore I will change the subject, and desperately try to make him fail. But Madness, as ironic as your statements are, perhaps you can provide me with a link, to a website chock full of information and resources, as well as scientific studies on the subject, about how dangerous and addictive forum posting is. And then perhaps you can regale me with tales of your own forum addiction, and your work to overcome your forum addiction. Since you're trying to turn my arguments around, and all.
