I've moved the mechanics comparison from the other spreadsheet into a new one and added some more. This shows you how different mods overlap to let you do different things. Or view it here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AocVHzayvfjAdG41YnhwQ1hKeWFiUEl3cmRiMl9kQlE#gid=1
Actually, Thaumcraft uses flux now, which can be stored in jars. And golems can pick up things off the ground.
I think you missed the redstone conduits / redstone storage blocks in TE in the energy storage part of the table, but cool table!
Some things I would like to say about the list: - Thermal Expansion has Energy Storage too: the Redstone Energy Cell (for MJ) - Painting destruction can be done with Turtles, I think - Same goes for Boat destruction (and Generic item left-click use?) - What does configurable in/output have to do with auto-crafting? I'm confused... - Grass generation can also be done with IC2 Terraformers - Block breaking can be done with BC fillers/quarries (and RC Tunnel Bores?), but in hacky ways - Chunk loading can be done with MiscPeripherals and Steve's Carts (both called Chunk Loader Modules, I think) - More liquids: BC has Fuel, IC2 actually has a liquid Coolant, RC has Creosote Oil, Forestry has Biomass, Honey, Biofuel, Seed Oil, Juice, Crushed Ice - Player presence detection can be done with both MiscPerhipherals (manually) and OpenCCSensors (automatically) - The RC Detector is a Minecart simple detector block - The RC Control Track can sort of be used as a Minecart brake block
