When i try to log in to alice it always gives me an error stating "Can't resolve hostname". So i tried pinging the server to see if it was down and would not even get a response.

Did they change the server address from alice.sk89q.com to something else?

The registry refers to a nonexistent Java Runtime Environment installation of the runtime is corrupted.
The system cannot find the path specified.

I have looked in the help section and found this exact error, reinstalled java as it said (twice now) and that had no effect. I restarted my computer, no effect, redownloaded the SK launcher, nuthin.

So I've been playing on Alice a while now and I've noticed that there's never really any squids. I live beside an ocean so there should be plenty of squids but there are no squids to be found. I've talked to other people about it and they've got the same problem. Is there a problem with the spawning rate of squids or something?

So, I teleported to spawn to find a villager whitch I could capture with a golden lasso for an extra utilities thing. But while in spawn I tried using the golden lasso on "Tyran" who is the guide or something in spawn. And when I did so he died and I got him into my lasso. Then I put it back on the same place like nothing happened exept there was a dead body lying on the ground beside him. I tried it again just to see if I could get another dead corpse and it worked.
